Privacy Policy

Ommri LLC ("Ommri," "we," "us") runs ommri.com, The Ommri Letters, The Green Couch community and sessions with Ommri. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, time zone, and anything you write in a form, a message, a Dear Ommri letter or your session intake answers.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data: pages visited and the device and browser used, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta pixel, so we can understand what is useful and show relevant ads.

How we use it

• To send what you signed up for: The Ommri Letters, community invitations, booking confirmations and reminders.
• To run your session: scheduling, the Google Meet link, and reading your intake answers so Ommri can prepare.
• To answer your messages and requests, including refunds and rescheduling.
• To improve the site and our offers.

Your session answers stay private

What you share in your intake and in your session is read by Ommri and the assistant tools that help her run her calendar. It is never sold, never published, and never shared with anyone outside Ommri LLC unless the law requires it. A Dear Ommri letter is shared publicly only if you gave permission on the form, and never with your name.

Session notes

When you book a session, you agree that Ommri may keep notes from it. She uses what she learns across sessions, never your name or anything that identifies you, to improve her work. Anything shared publicly is a blend of many experiences, never one person's story.

Who helps us run things

We use trusted service providers to operate: GoHighLevel (our contact and messaging system), Google (email, calendar and Meet), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement). They process your information only to provide their service to us.

Our text messaging program

Ommri LLC sends two kinds of text messages, and only to people who opt in:

• Session messages (informational): if you book a session and check the texting box on the booking form, you get a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before and a reminder about an hour before. Usually 3 texts per booking.
• Letters and Green Couch notices (marketing and informational): if you give your mobile number and check the texting box when you join The Ommri Letters on ommri.com, you get a short text when a new letter goes out or a Green Couch gathering is coming up. Up to 4 texts per month.

You opt in only by checking an unchecked box on ommri.com, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Texting Terms.

Text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers above only so they can deliver our messages.

We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Email [email protected] to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will answer within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, and we keep information only as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top.
