Session Policy

The Remembering Session is 50 minutes with Ommri on Google Meet. Your $100 payment reserves your time.

Changing your session

• Until 6 pm the night before your session (your time): you can reschedule for free, or cancel for a full refund.
• After 6 pm the night before: you can reschedule once. Refunds are no longer available.
• If you do not attend and did not reschedule, the session counts as held and is not refunded.

How to make a change

• Reschedule: use the link in your confirmation email or day-before text.
• Cancel for a refund: reply to your confirmation email or text, or email [email protected]. The time we receive your request is what counts against the 6 pm deadline. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Before your session

Your intake answers are part of booking, so Ommri can prepare for you. You can add to them any time before your session by replying to your confirmation email.

Late arrival

If you join late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

What a session is

Ommri is a guide, not a licensed therapist. Sessions are not therapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and they are not a replacement for them. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the US) or your local emergency number right away.
